Invest in 5 x 7 spiral notebooks to create your daily to do lists - Position yourself so that habit

Don't rely on you're memory for your daily tasks! 5x7 notebooks are one of the best and most inexpensive investments I've ever made simply because it keeps me on task (easy to do, easy to duplicate with yoru downlines!!). I do the easy to do, simple, tiny things every day because I write them down and check them off every day. Over time these simple things add up and drastically change everything. I've been doing this for two and a half years, the game plan has only been out for about five months, and my financial situation has totally changed during this time.

When you break down the team beachbody game plan for coaches it only comes down to four actionable things to do daily. So at the top of my daily to do list I simply write these four things down:

1. Read ten pages of a good life changing book (if you want book recommendations please let me know)
2. Listen to 15 minutes of good audio (Ask me for Recommendations)
3. Two exposures
4. Follow up

That's it! Do those four things faithfully EVERY DAY, teach your downline, and you'll be amazed at where you could be a year from now. I'd add exercise but because it's such a strong habit of mine I don't write that down, anymore :-)

As you think of things you need to do throughout the day write them down below those top four. These don't have to be all business related. If you need to do a load of laundry, go to the grocery store, take your kid to band practice, run by the bank etc.. write it down and check them off as you do them. Even just seeing something tangible that reflects what you've accomplished for the day can make you feel good.

Believe me this habbit of a daily to do list is a powerful, POWERFUL thing. It's powerful because habit is powerful. Position yourself so that habit is working For You instead of Against you in your day to day life :-)
