My coaches I put something Wonderful together for you! A Getting started right checklist...

Hey Coaches!

Go to the team passion coach resource center http://teampassion.info/coaches/resources and click on the "New Coach START HERE" link.

I worked long and hard on this, collaborating with others, and basing this off of the game plan to keep everyone on the same page. It's VERY structured and organized to help new coaches get started correctly without feeling overwhelmed with all this information about coaching and fitness.

BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST...

It serves as a check list for YOU as a sponsoring coach to make it easier for YOU to help your new coaches get started right. When you sign up a new coach make sure you go over these things with your new coach. A new coach should NEVER have to go through these items alone. A pivotal part of Team Beachbody coaching is the peer to peer community support. You're in business for yourself but not by yourself. If you truly have no time to help a new coach get started correctly then please for the sake of your new coach hand that ball off to another coach who is willing and able so your new coach is not alone in building his/her new business.

Here is exactly how you can apply this Getting started checklist page for your own business building....

1.) Have it up to act as a guide for when you're talking to a brand new coach on the phone or in person. You're new coach doesnt need to have this page yet. Let it serve as a guide for you to help your new coach.

2.) Have the getting started right conversation with your new coach AFTER your new coach has gone through the "New Coach Welcome" Section of there new coach online office area.

3.) AFTER you have the getting started right conversation with your new coach send them this page: http://teampassion.info/coaches/resources/new_coaches/index.html and have them focus more on the bottom half of the page where it says, "AFTER you've had your Getting Started Right conversation with your up line coach". Have them go through that Checklist of things to do to set themselves up for success.

I think it would do everyone here some good to go over my checklist of things to do just for reviews sake and to learn how to better serve your new coaches.

The formula for success is to actually get started and stay immersed in the process a year from now >^..^<
