Last one for now coaches I promise. Then I'm going to bed :-) I've watched this twice already I NEED to get this in front of as many people as possible. I think you will feel the same after you watch it. Get the video link from your own coach online office so that it's got your info in it instead of mine:

If anyone gives you any trouble about watching this video say something like, "I was just hoping you could watch this video un interrupted with an open mind and then be able to just tell me no if you don't see this is a fit for you. AFTER watching this un interupted with an openmind can you tell me no?" Almost everyone I have ever said that to says "yes I can tell you no". Perfect! That's how you get the trouble makers to watch a video. Most importantly make sure your belief is in check or technique won't matter.
