Coach Mike Thompson sent this out the other day and HECK YEAH I agree this applies to me to. Read on coaches and lets build more connections between each other so we can all carry each other to the next levels:
I want to start implementing the new coach welcome call. Many coaches are already doing this, so I wonder, "why the heck am I not!?" Well, basically, I hadn't thought of it, but it's a GREAT idea!
I want to help welcome your new coach with a call that will only take a few minutes. But what this call will help do is A.) welcome them, B.) introduce them to others, C.) make them feel comfortable contacting their upline for help should you not be available.
If you have a new coach you want welcomed, Set up a time in advance with me so that you can make sure I'm by my phone!
