Melissa wedel shared something in the facebook focus group today that I really liked and I think all of you should read it :-) If you "get it" it will dramatically change your posture and dramatic business results will follow that change in your posture.

As we start Thursday I want to share a thought with you. It wasn't until I "got" this that my business started to move forward. Beachbody has changed my life. Working out with their programs has changed my life. Shakeology has changed my life. I'm not looking for people to add, I'm looking to pay it forward, I'm looking to help others change their lives. Two of my coaches are extremely overweight but I'm working really hard wtih them every single day by encouraging them and praising their incredible efforts. Our team needs our nod of approval and praise when they stick with it and overcome the odds. That's how you change people's lives and that's how you build your business. They say you get what you want by giving others what they want....really think about that today as you talk to people and find our their needs. Listen to them, care about them. Then things will change for you in ways you could never imagine. People need what we have but they need us to really care about their dreams and goals!

Coaches if you're not in the facebook focus group yet then why on earth not??? If you have about 20 minutes a day you can devote to it you're business will grow. Add yourself to the group and participate but only if you commit yourself to committing twenty minutes or more a day to it otherwise it won't work. Let me know you'd like to participate and I'll get you going. WRITE ME.
