Ya know how we are really in the business of sorting because it's easier and more fun than selling and convincing? Sorting never stops. Row call is part of the sorting process. Try it with your teams to and see how much more productive you are in maximizing your time :-)
I need to know which coaches are immersed in this and whos skipping over my mailers and not reading them / disconnected. I've got some plans I'm workin on for a sub team of Team Passion. I kinda like the Team name, 'Team Go getters". Team Go getters is basically going to be exclusively for Team Passioin coaches who wrote down their why, their goals, coaches who are staying connected and not disappearing, and find emotional longevity in the thank yous they get from helping people. Anyone can say they are committed to something. But in reality ones commitments are only as strong as ones actions. So the sorting must continue beyond the commitment and into where the ACTIONS are! That's huge.
