Trouble getting your users to call you back? Try this...

What do you do when you sell a sample or get someone started on Shakeology and or a fitness program to get them to keep you updated on what they are doing?  Having trouble getting them to call or write you to tell you how they are doing?

Each time you sell a Shakeology sample packet at cost tell them to use a blender and give them a link to the recipe calendars for both chocolate and greenberry: http://teampassion.info/recipes.pdf  (I just uploaded this file it's not going anywhere so all of you can use it whenever)

Say to your user before they get their sample or their first bag, "Let me know when you get it and what recipe you try.  I would love to hear how you do with Shakeology!"  Easy and duplicable for your team to copy right? When I say this I almost always get a phone call or an email.  It also greatly maximizes the odds that they are not just going to poor water and stir.  It demonstrates you care about them and what them to have success in their fitness.  It means you WILL sell more Shakeology.  You will develop healthier more meaningful relationships with some of your users.  It's all good things!

You can type this in an email.  You can hand write it on a note to go through snail mail if you're mailing out packets and score extra points.  Telling them to call you to let you know what recipe they tried and that you'd love to hear how they are doing with shakeology gos a long way and most coaches probably arent doing something simple like that.  You can use this technique with any product or sample it doesn't matter.  The concept is the same.
