A fellow independent Beachbody coach asked me for advice in getting her business off the ground because she's struggling and I am doing so well with mine. I gave her VERY sound advice and I thought it would be silly not to share it with all of you then explain it a little further so YOU can make your own fortune.
My advice to her, and to you is this...
My biggest piece of advice to anyone, and I press it with all my coaches, is to take the personal development portion of the game plan seriously. Commit to reading ten pages of a good book a day and listening to fifteen minutes of good audio a day. Putting that stuff into the brain regularly produces the personal philosophies that drives your attitude, your actions, your results, which shapes your life. Teach that to your coaches as well. After that it's just a matter of two or more exposures a day and follow up! Do that every day for a year and really that's all it takes. It's THAT simple :)
Anytime a coach asks me why they havent been too successful I can always find out why with with just a few questions. Ask these questions to yourself and answer them Honestly to yourself. Sometimes the honest truth is painful but it needs to be "in your face" so you can do something about it.
1. Are you reading ten pages of a good book a day?
2. Are you listening to fifteen minutes of good audio a day?
3. Are you getting two or more exposures a day?
4. Are you following up?
If you're not answering yes to all four of those questions and you're not signing up two or more coaches a month or making any money then now you know Exactly what to do so you :-)
It's your business you own it! But you are Absolutely not alone unless you want to be alone;I don't recommend being alone. There are Lots and Lots of Coaches helping Coaches, people helping people, even right here on Facebook :-) In this business we have regular access to pick the brains of 6 and 7 figure income earners and it's Free because we are all on the same Team. Where else ya gonna get that? There are plenty of other network marketing opportunities in existence that will gladly charge you a thousand bucks a ticket to go to a conference room and listen to a rich guy talk.
Take advantage :-)
Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, "Do the thing, and you shall have the power. But they who do not the thing have not the power".
