Hey Coaches! Emailing coach Doug this morning and my mind wonders into a new perspective I haven't though of before but it works :)
One of the worst mistakes a coach can make, god knows I've done it and halted my business growth from it, is to get one or two people on the fence and then stop talking to new people while waiting for those one or two people on the fence to make up their mind. That's the most efficient way to get stuck in a rut. Or stuck at coach or stuck at emerald. If you want to see diamond and start diamond then get as many people on the fence as you can. If you keep stacking them up their on that fence they will trickle over one by one, sometimes even in multiples!
Go for five on the fence, then ten or more :-) I find that I always have at least one new coach sign up a week if I have at least ten people on the fence at all times because if you strip away the emotions this is just a numbers game. And eventually some of the other out of that ten come over to. But to get say one new coach every week, which is really nice, go for at least ten on the fence at all times ;) That means when one falls over ya gotta get more people on the fence to make up for that new void and if one falls over every week that means ya gotta get at least one more person on the fence every week. Now if you get two more on the fence a week then youll get more than one new coach a week which I've done before, but then you've gotta talk to even more new people to make up for that new two person void and on and on... But you've gotta keep talking to new people regularly to stack up those people on the fence! Behind all of this is talking to new people every day. And behind that, as well as your influence so you're sign up ratio improves over time, is PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. If you're not reading ten pages a day and listeing to 15 minutes of good audio a day then you're limiting your income because, "Your personal income will never outgrow your personal development" - Jim Rohn.
Stack up that fence coaches and follow up because there is a fortune out there just waiting for you to claim :)
