Interact with your fellow coaches - Part 1

Hey Coaches!

There is a pattern of coaches interacting with other team beachbody coaches regularly and growing a business at the same time. There is also another pattern of coaches who disappear from all of us and their business consequently gets stuck in a rut.

In the last 7 days our team has grown by 12 new coaches and probably 50 plus new customers. As I look at who's sponsoring all these new coaches the pattern is clear as day! Every single one of the 12 is sponsored by coaches who I see regularly interacting with other coaches on facebook about fitness, health, wellness, sharing motivational stuff, backing each other up etc... When there is a new coach being welcomed I see the same coaches jumping in to make that new coach feel welcomed. When someone posts about some success they've had at loosing weight I see the same coaches jumping in to give them praise and support. When Someone posts about their current struggle I see the same coaches jumping in to give them support and maybe offer some valuable suggestions to help them out. These same coaches are the ones I see signing up and sponsoring new coaches of their own and getting their new coaches on Shakeology! They are also being Financially rewarded as well as emotionally rewarded for their part in helping people.

If you seem to be stuck in a rut examine how active you've been in your interactions with other Team Beachbody coaches. It's not a sure thing you'll come out of that rut, but it's a start so you can come out of your rut. If you are interactive then ask yourself if you're regular about it or do you come and go in spurts?
