Interact with your fellow coaches - Part 2

July 9 at 9:33am
Hey Coaches!

Back each other up with support and practice welcoming new Coaches and customers to our Team Regularly. Form this kind of interaction into habit if you haven't already.

It's important to make new coaches and customers feel welcomed. For a lot of people signing up for this opportunity is a HUGE step for them. Some people are even literally in the process of dying either emotionally, financially, even physically and need to make some changes before it really is too late for them. When they sign up that means they have decided it's time for a change and many of them are nervous about it sometimes second guessing themselves in if they think they can do a team beachbody fitness program or be any good at this whole coaching business. Those background voices in their head can become too loud and some will fall off the wagon from those negative growing voices. Some people absolutely cannot afford to fall off this wagon because their health is too far gone or their financially situation is in dyer straights. WE NEED TO BE HERE FOR EACH OTHER. I can't express that sentiment enough because this really is a people helping people business. Without each other and without finding new success buddies to team up with then the possibility of success, both physical and financial, is not possible.

The more we interact with each other and with new people regularly in a nurturing way the more room for growth both personally and in business. The fortune may be in the follow up as per the game plan but the fortune is also in the interactions with our fellow people. I'm talking about the fortune of health, wealth, and personal freedom.

Having this colossal information I hope I've inspired some of you who may have been dormant to interact more regularly with your fellow team mates. If anything else do it just because we are a great group of people and we miss you :) We love to interact with other people and having relevance in each others lives regardless of a weekly pay check that's a fact! So I hope to see ALL of you more regularly. That would be nice :)

Stay tuned for a Part 3

Tom
