Hey coaches! Here is a little something Coach Stacie Storm Miller wrote about interacting with prospects. Specifically engaging them. Stacie signed up maybe 6 months ago if I remember correctly and she is already almost a diamond coach. It took me two and a half years to accomplish that milestone. I once saw her add FIVE new PS coaches inside of a week Be a collector of good ideas from multiple sources. Stacie is a GREAT source to learn from.

Hi Coaches, Friends and Family. Do you ever feel like you are SPEAKING, EXPLAINING, TALKING, PREACHING, POSTING, borderline BEGGING for SOMEONE... ANYONE... to Respond to your thought or idea? Well, remember this... Change is hard. Procrastination is easy. How hard is it for YOU, YES YOU, to choose what to wear the next day or know what to cook for dinner or when vacuum that living room? EXACTLY! Health and Wellness and losing weight and more difficult ideas take even more thought process... how long will it take?, how much will it cost?, can I stick to it for more then a day?, if I fail what will my family think? can I do the exercises?...... OH MY! These are LIFE CHANGING THOUGHTS and very demotivating. Just imagine where you were 2 months before even thinking about starting a program!!! I was HAPPY with my 11 pm CHEESECAKE IN MY OVERSIZED PJ'S watching SCRUBS!!!!!!lol.... So, Honestly, it takes patience which means FOLLOW UP:) Make a statement. Not too long, not too short, maybe followed by a third party tool. Two days later, follow up. As soon as someone responds, you have won! THEY HAVE ENGAGED! This is the KEY!!!! To have someone ENGAGE with you means they are NOW LISTENING! DO NOT take that for granted! This is HARD and STRESSFUL in most cases for them to do. They need you so respond. Ask them what is important to them today and help them. THIS IS WHAT YOU ITS ALL FOR! THEM! Your RESULTS, your ACHIEVEMENTS, your GOALS, your PATIENCE AND PERSEVERANCE, your STRUCTURE and most of your MOTIVATION! ALL FOR OTHERS TO SEE THAT IT CAN BE DONE and YOU ARE WORTH ENGAGING WITH. Give them a little to chew on at a time and then FOLLOW UP in a couple of days. Pay attention to what they want and need, every person is different. You can even post a video from your library on their facebook wall or google an article that pertains to them and their situation.
