Hey Team!
Reaching out to your upline regularly is going to save you a HUGE amount of time making those refinements that takes you're business to the next level. If you're not reaching out to your upline It may take you five years or more to be in a position to "fire your boss" if you want to. Or it might take you as little as just one year to "fire your boss" if you follow the game plan and reach out to your upline regularly.
Not everyone in your upline is successful. Thankfully this is the polar opposite of a pyramid which means you are paid what you're worth rather than being held back by the inadequacies of your upline. I personally out earn and out rank most of my upline because I take advantage of the resources in my upline and I'm not held back those in my upline who aren't doing anything to build there own business. That's a pretty good deal we have here coaches.
Go to someone in your upline, myself included, who you do not out earn or out rank for help, guidance, refinements etc or you will likely spend all kinds of extra time, years worth of time, learning how to build a successful thriving business.
If you're not very happy with the progress, or lack of progress of your business growth then I highly, HIGHLY recommend making this part of your routine.
1. Do a little bit of something everyday (10 pages of a good book, some exposures using third party tools, 15 minutes of good audio, follow ups, home party etc..). Because without action there is nothing to talk about with your upline.
2. Call someone in your upline who out ranks and out earns you. Until you out rank and out earn your upline you need to be a student of your upline and TRUST your upline. Talk about the little bit of somethings you've been doing every day, how it's been working or NOT working for you so that your upline coach can help you make refinements. This is why you MUST do a little bit of something every day. Without that, what are you going to talk about? Can't refine something you're not already doing. And then you keep teetering back and forth between doing and learning. Do "the thing", call your upline and refine, do "the thing" with your new perspective, call your upline with your new perspective, do "the thing with your ever newer perspective and back and forth constantly on a regular basis. That's the rhythm of Learning coaches! That's how you get better more efficiently at anything :-)
If you're just doing and not learning then you're wasting your time because you'll never have a new perspective as you keep doing and then your just going to get frustrated that your business just won't grow. Stop that! And get in touch with your upline coach so that when you go back out there to do "the thing" you can do it with an advanced perspective, bringing you closer to success!
