I do have something to offer and say to you all today! How I've learned to present is by listening to other people present and taking bits and pieces and making it my own. When your upline offers calls or meetings, GET PEOPLE ON THOSE CALLS OR TO THOSE MEETINGS and be there yourself.
I have been on fire after returning from the cruise...I had the passion before but not the fire and advice that remains so consistent from the leaders:
1. FOCUS
2. CONSISTENCY
Are you inviting people to the meetings? Are you hosting meetings, 3 way calls or webinars with the help of your upline until you are able to do it yourself??
You guys have an incredible upline leader and he will help you if you're present and engaged.....
I've sent our over 300 invitations to our Tuesday night webinar on getting physically and financially fit. At the end of the webinar they send the invited party back to whomever invited them to sign up. Pretty easy....
In the past I've been guilty of inviting one or two people, showing up and getting aggravated when nobody is there....HELLOOOOOO!!! It was MY FAULT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What have we all learned about numbers and ratios????
Anyhow...let's get this guys!! We can all work as a team to put on huge events and grow out teams but we all have to do our part.
At the Summer of Success meetings Craig Holiday said something I had been thinking....What kind of turn out is that for Chicago??? People....Michigan and Ohio make us LOOK BAD.......I know you aren't in Chicago but I think the closest Game Plan Events and so on are Chicago for you/us. I'm about as far away in Sycamore, IL as you are. What it means to grow our teams if Game Plan trainings in our back yard with HUGE NUMBERS!!! So....let's get it everyone!!
Plus I'd like to encourage all of you to go to your back office and listen to or re-listen to Craig Holiday's 8 week series. Guys!! He was making $200,000 a month in AMWAY!!! I can't sell that much soap but he talks about how easy we have it because the products Beachbody offers changes and saves lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Consider that and get in there and download those calls...put them on your iPOD or smart phone....listen to them over and over!

He Coaches! I hope everyone reads this and gets lit up to grow a BIG business ;) Melissa was right on in every point she made. Coaches who are not connnected, don't use their resources, and not doing at least a little bit of something every day prove to me every day that they have the formula for a failing business because I see every day that their businesses are not growing.
